Product quality and customer service have always been the main, inviolable goals for GF Precicast. Through years of experience and thanks to PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and Risk-based thinking methodologies, GF Precicast, adopting a process-based approach, has developed a Quality Management System capable of capturing opportunities for improvement and
identifying any risks, thus guaranteeing continuous performance improvement.


Our QMS ensures the capability to accurately identify the requirements and expectations of our customers and enables us to honour our commitments in terms of quality, costs and delivery times, resulting in a strong partnerships with our customers. The principles and the commitments undertaken are shared with suppliers and partners.


GF Precicast’ Management keeps control of the Quality Management System by performing regularly reviews aimed at verifying its adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring that the objectives assigned in accordance with the Quality Policy have been attained and designing improvement and risk mitigation plans where necessary. The loyalty of our customers and compliance certification and accreditation to the international EN 9100; ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards are testimony to the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.

Special process approvals

Our special processes, namely Welding, Heat Treatment, Penetrant Testing and Radiographic Testing, are accredited by Nadcap as required by the aerospace industry standards and have obtained qualification from well-known OEM companies such as Safran Group, GE AGE Powe and Ex-Alstom Power, Rolls Royce and Siemens.
